After 65 years of service and over 500 locations across the U.S. and Canada, COIT recognized the need to redefine its brand amidst increasing competition from industry leaders and local providers. To address declining leads and an aging customer base, we undertook a strategic initiative that began with in-depth consumer research to uncover high-value customers and establish a differentiated, emotional brand positioning.
We developed a comprehensive 360° creative platform, including brand identity, traditional and digital advertising, CRM, social media strategies, promotions, and collateral materials. The resulting “Feel the Clean” campaign not only launched successfully but also achieved a 7% increase in leads nationwide within the first three months, re-engaging both existing and prospective customers across all touchpoints.
