Bear Grylls, the renowned adventurer and survival expert known for his award-winning TV shows, inspires millions worldwide to embrace the outdoors and challenge their limits. To advance this mission, Bear Grylls Ventures collaborated with Blue Marble to create a new line of outdoor equipment, offering field-tested performance and accessibility for consumers.

Our multi-year partnership encompassed a comprehensive brand audit and evaluation, uncovering key audience insights, conducting competitor analysis, and redefining the brand’s positioning as it entered the consumer products market. We then designed and developed the core product line, established a three-year product roadmap, and crafted go-to-market strategies for both retail and direct-to-consumer sales, along with packaging and retail support initiatives.
